The term "Rack Rates" refers to the rate a hotel would offer you should you approach them directly. In other words these are rates which have not been discounted.

What are BHRC Rates?

BHRC rates are the discounted rates that we can offer you when you place your booking through us. We have access to discounted rates due to the volume of bookings we place with hotels.

What is VAT and is it included in BHRC rates?

VAT stands for Value Added Tax. All BHRC rates are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Effectively this means that the room rate quoted is the total price for the room, and taxes or service charge will not be added to your bill.
